Refunds & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are based in the EU, you are entitled under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to a period of SEVEN working days, starting the day you receive the merchandise, during which you are able to return the merchandise and receive a full refund inclusive of the shipping fee that you have originally paid. If you are based in the EU, and should you decide to return the merchandise under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you must immediately inform us by written notice to customerservice@roanneothman.com. The returned merchandise should be with its original tags and labels, unused, in an excellent condition, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise. You shall receive the full refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
Returned merchandise that is untagged, or used, or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, in which case you will not be entitled to a refund.

All payments and refunds are made through PayPal.

If you are not based in the EU, you are entitled to either store credit, or to exchange your purchased merchandise within TEN working days as of the day you receive your order. Should you decide to exchange the merchandise with a different style or size or colour, please follow the process explained in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Additionally, you must also ensure that the condition of the merchandise which you would like to exchange, is in line with the specifications listed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise

Any merchandise undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is dispatched to you. However, in case of damage occurring during shipment, not caused by Rumaila Petrol ve Insaat San. Tic. Ltd. Sti., we would be willing at our own discretion to either replace the damaged merchandise, or offer you a refund in return of the damaged merchandise. The replacement would be subject to style, size and colour availability. Should an alternative to the damaged merchandise be unavailable in the same style, size and colour, you will be offered other styles within the same price range of the damaged merchandise.

The client must immdediately inform us of damages, as set in the forthgoing, by written notice to customerservice@roanneothman.com

EXCHANGES

If the merchandise is unworn, undamaged and in new condition, it may be exchanged for a different style, or size, or colour subject to availability.

RETURN & EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

Please email customerservice@roanneothman.com to request a refund, store credit, or to exchange stating the reason. You will then receive instructions and the contact details to which you may ship the returned merchandise.
